The moment the closing question asks about has a specific shape, at least everywhere I&#39;ve seen it described: trust arrives the first time the system blocks something a human wanted to do, and the human turns out to be wrong. A release held because training lapsed, an approval refused because a required sign-off was missing, and the follow-up shows the block was correct. Before that moment, the platform is a filing cabinet people comply with. After it, people stop double-checking the system with side spreadsheets, which is the real signature of trust. Successful audits help, but an audit validates the past. A correct &quot;no&quot; proves the system is watching the present, and that&#39;s the thing a compliance team actually needs to believe.
